- MANDARIN ORANGES
- OTHER FRUIT AS PREFERRED
6 OZ LIGHT LEMON YOGURT*
¼ TSP POPPY SEEDS
How to make:
Place fruit in individual serving bowls. Stir poppy seeds into yogurt container.
Spoon approximately 2 T. yogurt on top of fruit.
*Vanilla or other flavors may also be used.
Alternative: may prepare fruit tray and use as dipping sauce.
