Electronic Access
- Patient Portal – My Health Info: An interactive web portal that provides patients with access to their laboratory results, recorded home medications, allergies, visit history, upcoming appointment lists, demographic information, as well as much more.
- MHealth Phone App: Download the app to your smartphone and you can access your patient portal account from anywhere.
- Medical Records: Send an electronic request for access to your health records.
