Join us in Congratulating Theresa Whitaker, RN on being the BEST NURSE by the readers of The Emporia Gazette in their 2024 Awards poll!

Theresa helps the Women’s Life Center bring new babies into our community!

Theresa’s service is summed up by a colleague, “I have witnessed Theresa making a difference in the lives of patients under her care and I have also had nursing students express to me that she is the one who guided and helped them decide which area of nursing was best suited to them. She is all about improving the life of all her patients and educating and directing them in making life-changing decisions that will be in their best interest. She is knowledgeable and experienced in ways above and beyond what a textbook teaches. She has dedicated much of her life to caring for others and makes herself available even on her days off, as-well-as assisting her co-workers and patients with answers they may be seeking.”

Theresa, we are proud of you and your service to your patients, coworkers and community.
