Adam Galindo, AGACNP-BC has been a nurse for 14 years. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Adam worked in acute care and critical care for 6 years as a registered nurse and during that time earned his CCRN (Critical Care Register Nurse) Board certification. During that period, he also became certified in advanced peripheral inserted central catheter placement.
Since 2016, Adam has been practicing as a nurse practitioner specializing in acute care medicine as a Hospitalist at Newman Regional Health. He has now transitioned to Cardiology Services.
Adam is a life-long resident of Lyon County and is very active in the community especially in the cycling community. He has a passion for cycling and participates in multiple biking events throughout the year all over the United States.
On his cycling activities, Adam remarks, “One of my passions with cycling is getting more kids on bikes. I am Co-Director of our local youth MTB team Coyote Composite that is a nonprofit organization with the focus of getting more kids on bikes and teaching them biking skills, life skills, promoting healthy lifestyles, trail corps, and how to give back to the community.”
Adam has been married to Jessica since 2014 and are blessed with twin girls.
