What is the MHealth Patient Portal?

MHealth Patient Portal is an interactive web portal and mobile app that empowers Newman Regional Health patients and their families to take a more active role in their care by providing easy, secure access to health information via the internet.

How to sign up

For current patients age 12 or older:

To self-register for the portal, you must be a current patient of Newman Regional Health Medical Partners, and we must have your current name and email address on file.

  1. Click here to access the online portal, then click the "Create Account" tab on the next screen, near the top right.
  2. Complete all the information on the enrollment form.
  3. Check your email for the enrollment message from patientportalsignup@newmanrh.org that contains a link to setup your personal username/password.

For current patients under age 12:

Parents or guardians, please complete this form and return it to your child's medical provider.

For new patients

If you're a new patient, click here to establish care. Once you've made your first appointment with a provider, you can then set up a portal account. If you provided your email address to Registration, you will receive a welcome email with a link to complete your portal enrollment.
