Staff Highlights
Meet Brandi Smith, HHA
Brandi is a Home Health Aide and works with patients and their families.
Here is her story as to why she works at Hand In Hand Hospice,
“We have a great organization through Newman Rehional Health. All of the staff are very friendly.
I am with Hand In Hand Hospice because it’s so great to be able to make a difference in so many lives. It’s so rewarding when a patient tells you that your the one thing they look forward to each day.
Sure working in Hospice can be heartbreaking, but so rewarding knowing that you’re helping someone have the best of the last days of their lives.
We have such a great team of nurses, aides, staff and directors that it makes going to work everyday so much more enjoyable.
There’s so many ‘why’s’ but for me, the main ‘Why’ is being able to help someone have the best ending possible.”
