Speakers Bureau

In continuing our tradition of community involvement, the Newman Hospital Speakers Bureau is offered to community groups in Emporia and to groups  within 40 miles of Emporia at no charge.  Healthcare professionals are available to speak on health related, thought-provoking topics to interested community groups, professional organizations, business groups and schools.

If you are a business leader interested in new health care innovations, a women’s group desiring more information on the many issues of women’s health, or a teacher wishing to impart health care knowledge to students, the  Speakers Bureau is available to provide  professional insights on a wide range of interesting and important topics.

Call the Marketing and Education Department at 343-6800, extension 2520 to schedule a speaker.  Please contact us at least two weeks in advance.  We will be happy to help you plan a program geared to the specific needs of your group or organization.  These topics listed below are only a partial listing of those available to your group.  If there is a specific health related subject your group would like to explore, but it is not listed, feel free to ask.  We will try to accommodate you.
