| Our specialty is cardiac. Nurses receive special training in coronary care and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) to enable them to provide a high standard of care to a variety of patients. Newman’s 48 bed Telemetry Unit has state of the art monitoring equipment. Our client population is focused around heart related diagnosis and management such as acute myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, and cardiac rhythm disturbances. However, we are not limited to cardiac care as we also provide services to a large population with pulmonary needs as well as general medical and surgical care needs. |
