CPR and First Aid Classes American Heart Association First Aid/CPR classes are held bi-monthly at Newman Regional Health.  These classes are taught by Newman Regional Health’s certified staff. Heartsaver First Aid with Adult/Child CPR and AED Choking Breathing Emergencies Severe Allergic Reactions Medical Emergencies (chest pain, diabetes, stroke, etc.) Bleeding Fractures, strains, sprains Environmental Emergencies (bites, poisoning, temperature related emergencies) Adult/child CPR AED Use (automated external defibrillator) Registration fee is $30. Infant CPR can be added to the course for an additional $5. Registrations for this course are taken by the Marketing and Education Department at extension 2520.  Corporate classes, taught for a specific business or organization, are also scheduled through the Marketing and Education Department by calling extension 2521.
