Newman Regional Health employs a staff of internal recruiters to assist with our staffing and recruiting needs. Occasionally, there may be situations where the use of a search firm is necessary and effective. Generally, this only occurs with positions that prove difficult to fill.

Due to the large number of solicitations we receive from search firms, Newman Regional Health has established a single point of contact for our external recruiting needs. Newman Regional Health uses a web based service called Recruit Alliance to manage the recruitment process for all positions for which we have determined the need for external assistance. Recruit Alliance is the only method Newman Regional Health will use for contacting and accepting referrals from search firms.

Regardless of past practice, any resume submitted by a search firm to any employee of Newman Regional Health by any method other than Recruit Alliance, will be considered the property of Newman Regional Health, and Newman Regional Health will not be held liable for payment of a placement fee should the candidate be hired as a result of the referral. Verbal commitments from any employee of Newman Regional Health will not be considered binding.
